ArangoDB in one click.

ArangoDB is a multi-model db with graphs, docs, key-value you can run on your own machine. Launch it in Even Stacks in one click, serve it over trusted HTTPS, and let your AI agents operate it.

What is ArangoDB?

ArangoDB is a native multi-model database that supports graphs, documents, and key-value data in one engine. It uses AQL (ArangoDB Query Language) for unified queries across all data models.

Run ArangoDB in Even

Even Stacks launches ArangoDB as a managed container on your own machine. No compose files, no manual setup.

  1. Open the Even Stacks panel in Even. The container engine starts on demand.
  2. Find ArangoDB in the one-click services and click Launch.
  3. Even pulls the image, starts it on port 8529, and serves it over trusted HTTPS at https://arangodb.localhost.

Drive ArangoDB with your AI agents

Even ships an MCP, so any agent you run inside Even (Claude Code, Codex, and more) can operate ArangoDB directly, at both the UI level and the container level.

Through the Even MCP an agent can create tables, seed test data, run a migration, or inspect a schema, then tail the logs to confirm it worked. It runs commands inside the container, reads its logs, and for web apps opens and clicks through the interface in Even's own browser pane. Ask once, for example "set up ArangoDB and get it ready", and the agent handles it end to end.

How agents reach it: Open the Aardvark web UI at http://localhost:8529; root password is set via ARANGO_ROOT_PASSWORD. Run AQL queries in the web UI or via the HTTP API at /_db/<db>/_api/cursor with a POST request. Data lives in /var/lib/arangodb3.
