  Get all workouts for the user, sorted by start time descending. Returns strain score, max heart rate, and calories burned.

  Get all sleep sessions for the user. Returns sleep stages, respiratory rate, heart rate, and recovery data.

• whoop_get_recovery

  Get all recovery scores for the user. Includes HRV, resting heart rate, SpO2, and skin temperature.

• whoop_get_profile

  Get the user's profile information including email, name, and body measurements.

• whoop_get_cycles

  Get cycle data (menstrual cycle phases, start and end times) for the user.

The connect flow is agent-driven: Even opens the key page in its own browser and collects the key through a secure native field. It never passes through the chat.
